Summary of curriculum: Marianne Dalbro is Sustainability Controller at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. As a Sustainability Controller she works mainly with strategic and overall environmental management issues and is responsible for internal and external environmental audits at the University of Gothenburg. She is also responsible for staff training within sustainability. She holds a Master degree in Environmental Science with a broad interdisciplinary focus and with environmental management system and environmental legislation as a speciality. She has worked with planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the environmental management system at faculty level as well as at the university level. She teaches environmental management, auditing and legislation for the Swedish environmental protection agency as well as for other Swedish agencies.

As a Sustainability Controller, she works mainly with strategic and overall environmental management and sustainability issues and is responsible for national and international interaction on environmental management, and works in Swedish and international networks in different projects on the theme. She also teaches environmental management and environmental audit for other Swedish agencies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden and studied Environmental Management and Audit at University West, Sweden. Ullika works with environmental management at all levels at the university and since 2006 the whole University of Gothenburg is certified according to ISO 14001 and registered in EMAS.
Ullika has been appointed technical expert in the Swedish Standards Institute Technical Committee for the international assignment to revise the standard ISO 14001:2015.
